What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for the Medicare and ACA portfolios.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch in collaboration with engineering, design, technology, and marketing.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and track value realization against business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
• Apply Human-Centered Design principles to create durable customer and business value and optimize the onboarding experience.
• Monitor product performance metrics and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the health insurance landscape, including regulatory requirements for Medicare and ACA.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products that drive business growth.

Nice to have

• Experience using sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and member experience blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of membership, rates, financial, and competitive market data.
• Deep familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and building ROI for programs.
