What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise, SME, and startup customers.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calls, visits, and networking.
  • Pitch CPaaS use cases such as OTP, marketing automation, and customer engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final negotiation and closure.
  • Grow revenue from existing clients through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs within Nigeria.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Nigeria
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within CPaaS, SaaS, Telecom, or Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of messaging APIs including SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
