What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of complex automotive programs spanning embedded software, backend services, and vehicle integration milestones.
• Align engineering delivery with OEM vehicle launch timelines and contractual commitments to ensure production readiness.
• Lead cross-functional planning across satellite, IP, platform, data, and firmware domains into a unified delivery plan.
• Facilitate enterprise-level program reviews and readiness checkpoints to provide executive visibility into portfolio health.
• Translate feature strategy into technically executable roadmaps accounting for hardware constraints and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and elevate other TPMs by modeling structured planning, rigorous risk management, and executive-ready communication.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software or systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a Technical Program Management role.
• Proven experience delivering multi-team programs spanning embedded systems, backend services, and customer-facing apps.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including both Agile and milestone-driven hardware release models.
• Experience managing programs with fixed external launch dates, regulatory considerations, or contractual commitments.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across organizational boundaries, and align stakeholders with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, embedded systems, or connected vehicle platforms.
• Experience utilizing automation or AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
