What you will do

• Maintain a comprehensive product plan and lifecycle roadmap for all vehicle variants.
• Track product performance and market reception to prioritize updates.
• Conduct in-depth financial and market research studies, including demand elasticity and volume sensitivity analysis.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and operations to establish a single source of truth for product data.
• Present competitive benchmarking and strategic opportunities to C-suite stakeholders.
• Support strategic problem-solving for resource optimization and product sequencing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance required (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management and strategic product planning.
• Substantial experience in the automotive, EV, or consumer goods sectors.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in program budgeting and cost/benefit modeling.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent executive presentation skills for C-suite communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive-specific tools like JD Power PIN.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Tableau, and ERP systems.
