Salary: $154,000–$192,500

What you will do
- Maintain a comprehensive product plan and lifecycle roadmap for all vehicle variants.
- Track product performance and market reception to prioritize updates.
- Conduct in-depth financial and market research studies, including demand elasticity and volume sensitivity analysis.
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and operations to establish a single source of truth for product data.
- Present competitive benchmarking and strategic opportunities to C-suite stakeholders.
- Support strategic problem-solving for resource optimization and product sequencing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance required (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in program management and strategic product planning.
- Substantial experience in the automotive, EV, or consumer goods sectors.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in program budgeting and cost/benefit modeling.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives in cross-functional environments.
- Excellent executive presentation skills for C-suite communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with automotive-specific tools like JD Power PIN.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Tableau, and ERP systems.
