What you will do

• Manage a cross-functional team to deliver a key strategic program for a top-30 US customer.
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and core values.
• Define program scope and deliverables, resources, program plan, risk management, budgeting, and internal/external performance reporting.
• Apply the Program & Portfolio Management model and use PPM software (e.g., SmartSheet PPM) to execute program scope.
• Lead program execution to deliver customer solutions/services on time and to specification, maximizing ROI.
• Coordinate SMEs across Engineering, Quality, IoT, Supply Chain, and Legal; run lessons-learned and internal reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Program Manager role working directly with customers.
• Proven team leadership and communications skills, including leading teams with technical resources.
• Expert process management and ability to capture/report data for executive review.
• Experience leading customer-facing programs in a fast-paced innovative/R&D environment.
• PPM software experience required (e.g., SmartSheet PPM) and strong MS Office/Teams skills.
• Travel as needed (target 20%).
