What you will do

• Lead and mentor a global remote Finance Value Stream team through continuous transformation and change management.
• Drive software-enabled and AI-informed redesign of finance workflows across financial reporting/close, FP&A, AP/AR, billing, reconciliation, and auditability.
• Define governance frameworks, design standards, and KPIs to improve delivery quality and Finance platform maturity.
• Own backlog and roadmap execution: refine user stories with acceptance criteria, manage scope/dependencies/capacity, and align outcomes to enterprise priorities and OKRs.
• Partner with architects and finance stakeholders to maintain a unified vision, ensure regulatory alignment, and support operational readiness.
• Maintain hands-on fluency with Workday Finance configuration, monitor product releases, and lead troubleshooting for complex technical and process issues.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Operations, ERP/financial systems, or Product Management (SaaS preferred).
• 5+ years of people management experience building and leading global teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., Workday and Hyperion) and finance data architecture.
• Ability to lead strategically while staying hands-on with solution design and delivery.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support a global team.

Nice to have

• SAFe Agile methodology familiarity (PI Planning, WSJF prioritization, dependency management) and SAFe PMPO certification (or equivalent).
• Experience defining technical and user requirements in Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent ALM tools.
• Root cause analysis and complex problem-solving experience.
• Product management experience in Fintech or enterprise finance SaaS products and services.
