Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

What you will do
- Lead discovery for high-visibility, cross-functional transformation initiatives with significant complexity.
- Define business problems, strategic intent, scope boundaries, and measurable value outcomes.
- Drive alignment across business, IT, Finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic fit.
- Create and oversee high-quality demand packages for technical assessment and delivery execution.
- Mentor junior Product Managers on discovery standards and value definition.
- Monitor value realization and improve intake, prioritization, and handoff processes.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in product management, transformation, consulting, or business architecture.
- Must be based in or report to the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis.
- Advanced expertise in product discovery frameworks, intake governance, and portfolio prioritization.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with enterprise ecosystems like CRM, ERP, ServiceNow, Workday, WMS, or Palantir.
- Knowledge of AI strategy, cloud transformation, and digital technology adoption.
- Proficiency in prioritization frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW.
- Experience with ROI modeling, unit economics, and investment case development.
