Sr. Product Manager (Transformation)

Location: Hybrid work required from the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office; ability to travel internationally and travel 25% is required.

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 annual pay range, including base salary.

What you will do

• Lead discovery for large-scale, high-visibility transformation initiatives with significant cross-functional complexity.
• Define business problems, strategic intent, scope, outcomes, value measures, assumptions, dependencies, and prioritization rationale.
• Align business, IT, Finance, Architecture, Solution, Program Management, and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate transformation demand and create execution-ready packages for technical assessment, governance, planning, and delivery.
• Prepare executive recommendations and decision materials while leading trade-off discussions across value, risk, feasibility, sequencing, and capacity.
• Mentor product managers and improve intake, discovery, prioritization, handoff, adoption, and value-realization practices.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in product management, transformation, consulting, business architecture, product ownership, or technology-enabled business change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced ability to lead enterprise-level discovery, define strategic intent and value measures, and prioritize complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of product management principles, intake governance, discovery frameworks, portfolio prioritization, and operating model maturity.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools including Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work from the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis, travel 25% including internationally, attend events, and work flexible hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise modernization, operating model, workflow, platform, or large-scale business process transformation.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Planview, ServiceNow, Workday, WMS, or Palantir ecosystems.
• Advanced data analytics, KPI design, benefit realization tracking, ROI modeling, and investment case development.
• Experience with organizational change, executive storytelling, mentoring product managers, AI strategy, cloud transformation, or emerging digital technologies.
