Platform Management - Senior Manager (Financial Services)

Salary: $114,800–$180,400 targeted base pay range

What you will do

• Work with clients and internal teams to identify and document future product enhancements.
• Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning through production deployment.
• Maintain an 18-month rolling roadmap based on client needs and strategic initiatives.
• Prioritize development work for sprint and quarterly planning.
• Support Professional Services, Product Support, sales teams, large deals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, quality assurance, product management, security, architecture, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or financial field; an MBA is advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software product management with a strong grounding in product management practices.
• Financial services domain experience, including customer management, mobile lending, marketing, service, and business event notification.
• Repeated success managing products through all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Experience developing, managing, and delivering software projects, with strategic and tactical product planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Experience with data management, business intelligence, and visualization.
• Experience with Jira and Aha.
