Salary: $123,800 – $165,000 + 20% target bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategy based on deep market understanding and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap to align with business goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and external clients.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from research to release.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery and product support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Significant knowledge of Conformity Assessment testing practices and Global Market Access.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Northbrook, IL.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Formal training or certification in Product Management.
• Project or Product management certification.
• Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
