Salary: $123,800 – $165,000 + 20% target bonus

What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy based on deep market understanding and competitive analysis.
- Prioritize features and maintain the product roadmap to align with business goals.
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal teams and external clients.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle from research to release.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient delivery and product support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related discipline.
- Significant knowledge of Conformity Assessment testing practices and Global Market Access.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Northbrook, IL.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Formal training or certification in Product Management.
- Project or Product management certification.
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
