What you will do

• Lead system implementation, configuration, and testing for clinical study delivery platforms.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements discussions to identify functional needs and adoption barriers.
• Develop specifications for system selection, operations, and configuration based on business needs.
• Ensure system adoption through training, communication, and hands-on demonstrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to update system configurations, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership to ensure optimal operational efficiency across complex systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
• English proficiency required.
• Expertise in clinical trial systems such as CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and RTMS.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and system configuration.
• Experience leading teams and managing change in a matrixed environment.
