What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employer clients, ensuring proactive end-to-end account ownership.
  • Analyze client data to develop strategic account plans and provide actionable recommendations for renewals and growth.
  • Facilitate client kick-off meetings and conduct regular progress reviews to ensure satisfaction and goal alignment.
  • Present strategic renewal proposals and negotiate rates in collaboration with the underwriting team.
  • Educate clients on hirify.global’s product offerings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve complex client and member issues by taking a holistic view of the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in account management.
  • Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state.
  • 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry.
  • 2+ years of experience using data to gain insights and make strategic recommendations.
  • 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Previous start-up or emerging growth company experience.
  • Experience with self-insured health plans.
  • Experience establishing processes and standards for superior customer service.
