Salary: $300,000 - $325,000 (inclusive of Base + Commission)

What you will do

• Own revenue responsibilities for the 500-5,000 life segment.
• Expand and maintain advisor partnerships.
• Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking the sales and partnership pipeline.
• Collaborate with other Regional Directors and SAEs to build broker relationships and provide in-market support.

Requirements

• Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in health insurance (strongly preferred).
• Established broker relationships.
• Ability to present and communicate a value proposition to external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-performing, mission-driven startup environment.
