TL;DR

Regional Sales Director (Healthtech): Driving revenue growth for fully and self-insured products in the 500-5,000 life segment with an accent on relationship management within the broker and consultant ecosystem. Location: Must be based in the US and willing to travel to the Minnesota market as needed.

Compensation: $300,000–$325,000 (Base + Commission).

What you will do

  • Own revenue responsibilities for the 500-5,000 life segment.
  • Expand and manage advisor partnerships with benefits brokers, consultants, and general agents.
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking sales and partnership pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide in-market support and strengthen broker relationships.
  • Present and communicate value propositions to external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Proven experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role.
  • Established broker relationships and experience selling in the Minnesota market.
  • Strong ability to present and communicate value propositions.
  • Willingness to travel to the Minnesota territory as needed.
  • Experience in health insurance is strongly preferred.
