Salary: $127,000 - $184,500 per year

What you will do
- Lead digital strategy as subject matter expert, providing recommendations and pivoting on issues across stakeholders.
- Plan and execute always-on digital campaigns across paid and owned channels, partnering with agencies and creative teams.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, AEO, website content strategy, and back-end improvements for traffic and lead generation.
- Manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, including content pipeline and editorial calendar.
- Leverage analytics for measurement, reporting KPIs, and optimizing campaigns and social impact.
- Build or use AI tools for social listening, community engagement, and content development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 8+ years in digital marketing (agency, brand, or B2B)
- Proven expertise in digital media, social media, content development, paid campaigns, and data analytics.
- Strong proficiency with GA4, GTM, Sprout Social, Semrush, LinkedIn/Google ad platforms, and CMS.
- Ability to build consensus, manage ambiguity, and communicate excellently.
- Flexibility to travel and work across time zones
Nice to have
- Familiarity with autonomous technology, logistics, or freight industry.
- Basic design tools knowledge or AI for visual mockups.
