What you will do

• Own demand generation across paid and organic channels to deliver a qualified pipeline of clinician applicants.
• Develop and own the employer brand and clinician value proposition to differentiate the company in a competitive market.
• Manage external agencies, contractors, and media partners to execute against hiring targets.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Clinical teams to optimize the candidate journey.
• Represent the voice of the clinician through quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing strategy.
• Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to drive data-informed spend and GTM priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or consumer marketing experience, including business-critical launches.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience marketing to healthcare provider or clinician audiences is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for audience insights, content production, and workflow automation.
• Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and messaging.
• Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data and improve marketing performance.
