What you will do
- Execute sales goals by managing a large book of complex or high-yield accounts.
- Conduct sales presentations, calls, and meetings to engage potential and existing clients.
- Create sales proposals and RFP responses that effectively communicate business value.
- Lead complex account processes from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations.
- Perform market research to identify new account targets and expansion opportunities.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and cross-sell products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in business growth management within Employee Benefits.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and Employee Benefits.
- Intermediate English proficiency for professional communication.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work onsite in Monterrey at least three days per week.
