TL;DR

Manager (Employee Benefits): Driving business growth and managing complex client accounts within the insurance sector with an accent on sales strategy, relationship management, and market penetration. Location: Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico. The role follows a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the local office.

What you will do

  • Execute sales goals by managing a large book of complex or high-yield accounts.
  • Conduct sales presentations, calls, and meetings to engage potential and existing clients.
  • Create sales proposals and RFP responses that effectively communicate business value.
  • Lead complex account processes from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations.
  • Perform market research to identify new account targets and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and cross-sell products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of commercial experience in business growth management within Employee Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and Employee Benefits.
  • Intermediate English proficiency for professional communication.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work onsite in Monterrey at least three days per week.
