What you will do

• Develop strategic business plans to identify new opportunities and ensure long-term growth.

• Manage end-to-end project timelines and resource allocation within the region.
• Define accurate pricing and margin parameters to ensure project profitability.
• Facilitate effective communication between marketing, technical, and supply chain departments.
• Continuously monitor revenue and profitability objectives to drive portfolio rationalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Titulado) required.
• 3+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably in global companies.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Strong strategic vision and ability to manage long-term projects.
• Experience in the fragrance industry is considered a plus.
