What you will do
- Develop strategic business plans to identify new opportunities and ensure long-term growth.
- Lead and influence client relationships, positioning the company as a key partner for fragrance leaders.
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and resource allocation within the region.
- Define accurate pricing and margin parameters to ensure project profitability.
- Facilitate effective communication between marketing, technical, and supply chain departments.
- Continuously monitor revenue and profitability objectives to drive portfolio rationalization.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Titulado) required.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or marketing experience, preferably in global companies.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Strong strategic vision and ability to manage long-term projects.
- Experience in the fragrance industry is considered a plus.
