Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic (EST Time Zone preferred)

What you will do
- Convert qualified inbound sales opportunities into booked charter flights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affluent clients.
- Recommend appropriate aircraft solutions based on specific client travel needs.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within the CRM.
- Participate in rotating coverage schedules to support client inquiries outside standard hours.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic.
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in private aviation, luxury travel, yacht charter, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms.
- Knowledge of private aircraft categories and cabin configurations.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions.
