Charter Sales Executive (Luxury Aviation): Managing and converting high-value private jet charter opportunities for high-net-worth individuals with an accent on consultative sales and white-glove client service. Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic (EST Time Zone preferred)

What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound sales opportunities into booked charter flights.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affluent clients.
  • Recommend appropriate aircraft solutions based on specific client travel needs.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within the CRM.
  • Participate in rotating coverage schedules to support client inquiries outside standard hours.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in private aviation, luxury travel, yacht charter, or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms.
  • Knowledge of private aircraft categories and cabin configurations.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency transactions.
