What you will do
- Support field sales by demonstrating the value of the API Management platform to prospective customers.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial product reviews to production implementation.
- Lead and support Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations to validate technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal support, product, and engineering teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and service engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering or sales engineering within SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions across technical and executive audiences.
- Aptitude for technical sales, with potential consideration for candidates from post-sales or support backgrounds.
- Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Linux OS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, DCOS/Mesos, or Docker Swarm.
