What you will do

• Configure and install network devices and services while performing maintenance and system upgrades.
• Design and support route/switch and firewall environments to ensure high availability.
• Monitor system resource utilization, capacity planning, and network performance.
• Provide senior-level troubleshooting and technical guidance to IT personnel.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement tools, policies, and procedures.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, and competing demands across multiple client sites.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in multi-server, Help Desk, or NOC environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with network engineering, diagnostic tools, and networking protocols.
• BGP expertise and experience with customer-facing projects are required.
• Thorough knowledge of Unix environments, TCP/IP, and relational database concepts.
