What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to solve customer challenges and conduct network architectural sessions.
- Architect and propose data center, routing, and campus network solutions.
- Perform hands-on customer proof-of-concepts and initial network deployments.
- Lead technical responses to RFP/RFQs and manage customer feature requests.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Author white papers, blogs, and technical articles.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Technical degree and professional experience in network design and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of switching and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, OSPF).
- Recent hands-on CLI experience and experience with data center or campus architecture.
- Ability to travel on a national or neighboring country basis to support customers.
- Sales attitude with a passion for driving new business.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Service Provider or Campus-related technologies.
- Practical security deployment experience.
- Experience or interest in NetOps/DevOps tools like Python and Ansible.
