Location: Amman, Jordan (Hybrid: Work from home up to 2 days/week)

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of network and security services from initial provisioning to decommissioning.
- Provide L2/L3 support for airport infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, firewalls, and Versa SD-WAN.
- Maintain operational integrity of security and data networks, responding to incidents and alerts.
- Plan and deliver network-related projects, including global SD-WAN deployments.
- Act as a technical liaison for customers, providing performance reports and resolving technical enquiries.
- Support knowledge sharing and training for both internal and customer teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in the IT or Telecom industry.
- Must be based in Amman, Jordan.
- Advanced understanding of Firewall Architecture and complex Routing & Switching environments.
- English proficiency is a must.
- CCNA/NP or JNCIS/IP certification is mandatory.
- Degree in Networking, Computer Technologies, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in network automation using Python, Ansible, or JSON.
- Working knowledge of Datacenter switching such as Cisco Nexus or ACI.
- Security Associate level certifications.
- Skills in virtualization technologies.
