What you will do
- Support case teams and sector leaders with hands-on airline and airport industry expertise.
- Identify gaps in aviation knowledge, frameworks, tools, and materials, and develop practical analyses and playbooks.
- Evaluate strategic recommendations against real-world operational constraints, economics, and trade-offs.
- Build reusable tools, including GenAI-enabled solutions, for consulting engagements.
- Create executive-ready slides, benchmarks, and strategic materials for airline and consulting leaders.
- Participate in client meetings and working sessions with airline and airport stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of direct hands-on experience in the airline or airport industry, including network planning, airport operations, ground handling, flight operations, or station management.
- Practical knowledge of the economics, constraints, and trade-offs within a relevant airline or airport function.
- Hands-on familiarity with relevant industry tools and systems, such as NetLine/Plan, Sabre AirVision, loyalty and CRM platforms, or airport operations systems.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work with global teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Ability to create slides and executive messaging based on detailed analytical work.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required when supported by strong industry experience.

- Experience applying analytics and GenAI to airline or airport operations.
- Additional language skills.
- Experience beyond revenue management, particularly in operational or network-focused functions.
