What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
  • Manage and hold distributors accountable to joint business plans and growth expectations.
  • Influence upstream stakeholders like engineers and contractors to increase specification of company solutions.
  • Oversee opportunities from specification through quotation and project close.
  • Identify and activate new distributor relationships to expand market coverage.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a distribution-led environment.
  • Proven ability to execute territory plans and win project-based business.
  • Working knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, or fluid-handling equipment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
