What you will do
- Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve bookings, revenue, and margin targets.
- Manage and hold distributors accountable to joint business plans and growth expectations.
- Influence upstream stakeholders like engineers and contractors to increase specification of company solutions.
- Oversee opportunities from specification through quotation and project close.
- Identify and activate new distributor relationships to expand market coverage.
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a distribution-led environment.
- Proven ability to execute territory plans and win project-based business.
- Working knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, or fluid-handling equipment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
