What you will do
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to drive revenue growth.
- Communicate the value proposition to key decision-makers and develop long-term partnerships.
- Manage a strong pipeline of new business in collaboration with leadership and account managers.
- Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments including ED, ICU, and Neurology.
- Negotiate complex contracts and conduct high-level sales within the hospital C-Suite.
- Execute discovery sessions and cold calling to engage potential hospital clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing complex, hospital-based sales cycles.
- Experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care environments.
- Demonstrated success with ROI and high sales rankings (e.g., Presidents Club).
- Strong hunter mentality and high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Must be based in or able to cover the Philadelphia, PA territory.
