What you will do

  • Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to achieve consistent quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Hire, coach, develop, and mentor high-performing sales executives.
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline of opportunities.
  • Act as a strategic leader, involving yourself in key opportunities to model sales excellence.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction across the region.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks while adhering to governance standards.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a division or regional sales team.
  • Proven track record of successful quarterly and annual revenue performance.
  • Experience with both direct and indirect sales models.
  • Ability to leverage AI systems for ideation, development, and scaling departmental needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong cross-functional influence.
