Location: Must be based in the US (Remote). Travel up to 50% required.

Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 + Equity + Commission

What you will do

  • Own and execute commercial strategy to aggressively scale revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Manage, coach, and elevate a team of six account professionals to achieve expansion targets.
  • Drive accurate revenue forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline inspection.
  • Lead complex, multi-year expansion opportunities and high-stakes C-level negotiations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless renewals and upsells.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to interface with key stakeholders and support the team on-site.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with the ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
  • Proven track record managing sales or account teams in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Multiple years of experience directly leading and developing enterprise account teams.
  • Deep familiarity with procurement and operational structures in utilities, energy, data centers, or insurance.
  • Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder corporate structures and establish executive partnerships.
