Compensation: $137,300–$254,900 per year

What you will do

  • Support the North America Commercial Water Supply sales growth plan and key objectives.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and primary point of contact for key engineering specifier accounts.
  • Drive market penetration through proven selling strategies and participation in bid negotiations.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to provide customer feedback and business development insights.
  • Maintain an updated opportunity funnel and manage customer data within Salesforce.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and purchasing strategies to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Water Transport or HVAC markets.
  • Proven track record in sales, application engineering, or product management.
  • Experience managing long-cycle contract or project-based business.
  • Strong proficiency in price negotiation and competition analysis.
  • Ability to travel 40-60% of the time.
