Location: Remote (US work authorization required; preference for candidates in Chicago, NYC, and Denver)

Salary: $180,000–$240,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing Mechanical & Plumbing (M&P) clients to ensure a 90% or better retention rate.
  • Develop and execute account-specific growth plans and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and qualify net-new M&P contractor prospects using Salesforce.
  • Lead consultative discovery and proposal processes to convert leads at 60% or better.
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure service promises align with client experiences.
  • Produce accurate monthly pipeline forecasts and lead regular pipeline reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and growing a book of business in professional services or construction technology.
  • US work authorization is required.
  • Proven track record of consultative selling and building trust-based client relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with delivery or operations teams.
