Market Director - Security Risk Consulting

Location: Remote - United States; travel up to 25% as needed.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead operational sales initiatives aligned with regional strategies using value selling and funnel management.
• Design and implement technical solutions for security risk management, security design, threat and violence risk management, protective intelligence, and investigations.
• Develop client relationships through communication, thought leadership, and responsive support.
• Apply enterprise risk management practices across energy, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and education sectors.
• Perform billable consulting work and deliver high-quality technical outputs while maintaining 40–50% utilization.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and high-performance team dynamics.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in corporate or government security programs.
• Experience managing, coordinating, and contributing to multiple security risk management projects across diverse geographical areas.
• Proven technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development experience within professional services.
• Advanced communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong ethics, self-motivation, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork.

Nice to have

• Active involvement in ASIS, ISMA, or similar security organizations.
• CPP, PSP, PE, manufacturer, or relevant U.S. government training certifications.
• Active security clearance.
