Market Director - Security Risk Consulting

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead operational sales efforts aligned with regional strategies using Value Selling principles and Funnel Management.
• Design and implement technical solutions covering security risk management, security design, threat violence risk management, protective intelligence collection and analysis, and investigations.
• Develop and manage client relationships through communication, thought leadership, and responsive support.
• Apply enterprise risk management practices across sectors including energy, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, leisure and hospitality, and education.
• Perform billable consulting work and deliver high-quality technical outputs while maintaining high utilization rates of 40–50%.
• Travel up to 25% as needed and contribute to an inclusive, innovative, and results-driven environment.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in corporate or government security programs, including management, coordination, and contribution to multiple security risk management projects across diverse geographical areas.
• Proven experience in technical consulting, client relationship management, and business development within professional services.
• Advanced communication, presentation, and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team-player approach with strong personal and professional ethics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active involvement in security organizations such as ASIS or ISMA.
• Certifications such as CPP or PSP, relevant U.S. government training certifications, PE credentials, manufacturer certifications, or an active security clearance.
