What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary software projects from start to finish, managing multiple critical software workstreams.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly across teams.
- Work with software and hardware engineers to deliver high-visibility consumer-facing products.
- Drive program and feature planning and implementation to hit roadmap goals, tracking progress, analyzing risks, resolving execution issues, and communicating status.
- Develop and manage program schedules, technical issues, release management, and resource needs with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Own progress/status communication with stakeholders and leadership across locations and time zones; nurture cross-functional relationships and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, engineering, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Track record of launching consumer-facing software products.
- Proficiency with bug/task tracking tools, especially Jira.
- Strong communication and highly collaborative mindset; ability to adapt processes to team composition and work efficiently with asynchronous communication.
- Ability to travel as needed.
