What you will do
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software programs, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
- Define program requirements, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with product, engineering, and program stakeholders.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, managing dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through clear communication, milestone tracking, and regular program reviews/status updates.
- Identify and resolve program issues and risks proactively, using lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) delivering and shipping products with multi-disciplinary engineering teams at early stages.
- Strong technical background with understanding of software and systems engineering principles.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile/iterative methodologies for leading software programs.
- Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly and translate them into actionable work plans.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to coach and enable others.
