What you will do

• Lead and motivate hourly associates to meet productivity, labor, and quality objectives.
• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Conduct orientation and training for new associates while ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
• Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Manage documentation for attendance, efficiency, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ
• Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and time-keeping software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
