Area Manager (Fulfillment Operations)

Location: Goodyear, Arizona, United States; fulfillment center position with a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead hourly associates in receiving, storage, unloading, put-away, and shipping operations.
• Meet productivity, labor, quality, accuracy, safety, and attendance objectives.
• Provide associate orientation, training, coaching, assessments, and recognition.
• Address employee questions and concerns while supporting positive employee relations.
• Track attendance, efficiency, behavior, and safety through required documentation.
• Analyze process data and associate feedback to drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and timekeeping software.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when business needs require it.

• Bilingual Spanish language skills.
