Warehouse Manager - Weekends

What you will do

• Oversee daily distribution center operations and manage warehouse equipment operators, unloaders, and associates.
• Set shift plans, staffing levels, schedules, and workloads to meet facility goals and customer service targets.
• Monitor KPIs and business reports to improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, coach, train, and develop multiple teams, including performance reviews and equipment certification.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards, including OSHA requirements, while maintaining policies, reports, records, payroll, and expenses.
• Coordinate with sourcing, buying, inventory, transportation, and other internal partners to resolve operational issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience and the ability to lead multiple teams.
• Experience with project management, process improvement, lean concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal communication, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
