Manager of Logistics

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; physical retail in-store role

Annual base pay: USD 90,000–100,000

What you will do

• Lead receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment operations.
• Build partnerships with Salesfloor, Visual, Asset Protection, Facility, Talent, and other store teams.
• Develop a proactive safety culture and reduce operational risks.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, coach, and develop operations managers and associates.
• Communicate performance trends and operational challenges while supporting store functions during peak periods.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing logistics, operations, or supply chain teams.
• Experience improving workflows, using metrics and KPIs, and solving operational problems.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Google Suite or similar tools.
• Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs independently on a regular basis.
