Salary: $246,800 – $339,350

What you will do

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA production support and service delivery across all regions.
• Establish and maintain a 24x7 global support model with clear escalation paths.
• Manage global Application Management Services (AMS) partners and enforce SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes to minimize business disruptions.
• Drive automation and AI/ML-based monitoring to improve proactive issue resolution.
• Partner with business and IT leadership to align SAP support with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 15+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery.
• 12+ years of SAP Implementations or SAP Service Delivery experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large SAP Service Delivery operations.
• 5+ years of experience managing large global teams of 50+ people.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare or Medtech industry.
