What you will do
- Lead the SAP Managed Services Delivery team to achieve client and employee satisfaction while managing financial targets.
- Build and evolve a cohesive team by defining skill requirements and guiding the sourcing and hiring of top talent.
- Drive resolution for complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP functionality.
- Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
- Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 10+ years of relevant SAP Software Product Support experience (Techno-Functional).
- 5+ years of SAP AMS support experience and 5+ years of Team Leading experience managing teams of 7+ people.
- Proficiency in one or more SAP Modules: MM, WM, FICO, SD, HCM, PP, or PM.
- Expertise with SAP 4.x and ECC platforms, including configuration and administration.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required.
Nice to have
- ITIL – ITSM Certification.
- PMP-PMI Certification.
- Experience with localizations and global implementations.
