What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy to support global marketing objectives.
• Own the portfolio of marketing platforms including Marketo, CDPs, and analytics tools.
• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end marketing business processes and lead management.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams, product owners, and external vendor relationships.
• Ensure seamless integration across CRM, ERP, and data warehouse ecosystems.
• Establish governance models for application security, data privacy, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and large-scale initiatives.
• Deep expertise in marketing technology ecosystems and platforms like Salesforce or Marketo.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic programs and managing executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled marketing platforms and emerging MarTech trends.
• Agile product delivery methodology experience.
• Relevant platform certifications (Salesforce, Adobe, Marketo).
