Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or acquisition.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing methodologies.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Strong resilience and curiosity with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
