Financial Analyst Staff (F-35 Sustainment): Supporting F-35 sustainment contracts through proposal support, budget development and baselining, and ongoing cost/profit performance reviews with an accent on earned value, US Government reporting, and contract change management. Focus on building financial baselines, preparing quarterly CSR materials, and coordinating across Program Management, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Government stakeholders.

What you will do
- Support proposal development and reviews for F-35 sustainment contracts.
- Develop and baseline budgets for new contracts.
- Perform monthly reviews of cost and profit changes.
- Develop, review, and approve quarterly CSR (Contract Status Review) materials and contract changes.
- Interface with Program Managers, Program Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Government counterparts.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required due to special access facility requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance (clearance level: Secret).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with Earned Value (EV) applications.
- Experience with US Government reporting requirements (e.g., CPR, CFSR).
- Experience with contract/proposal processes and procedures, including FAR/DFAR.
