Location: Sterling, VA, United States; onsite work required

Salary: $99,000–$206,000 per year, based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

  • Support proposal preparation, contract acquisition, negotiations, administration, and customer engagement.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and contract modifications in accordance with internal policies and public law.
  • Advise senior management on contractual and business issues, compliance matters, risks, and recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface during proposals, negotiations, and contract performance.
  • Negotiate business agreements and provide governance to program teams implementing contract terms and scope.
  • Manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and relationships with U.S. Government customers.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. security clearance available on the first day of employment are required.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
  • Onsite work in Sterling, Virginia is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contract management, negotiations, or a related field; an advanced degree may reduce the experience requirement to 5 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Cost Reimbursement, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, NDAs, SOWs, teaming agreements, commercial agreements, cost structures, competitive procurements, and complex proposals.
