What you will do

• Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to assess threats, intelligence reporting, and biometric data.
• Extract and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis and unit operations.
• Train and provide quality assurance for junior intelligence analysts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Present findings and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information through strong communication.
• Manage administrative processes, record keeping, and organizational structure coordination.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required to start.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
• Background in intelligence analysis, national security, or law enforcement.
• Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, shift-based mission support environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or the intelligence community.
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.
• Familiarity with analytical databases and intelligence research tools.
