What you will do

• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve threat screening effectiveness and management processes.
• Conduct high-level studies using IC databases and analytical techniques to develop supported recommendations.
• Lead analytical teams, organizing efforts and providing mentorship and quality assurance for junior staff.
• Ensure thorough implementation of administrative laws, policies, and regulations relevant to client programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify process gaps and support enterprise-level strategic planning.
• Present complex findings and recommendations through professional reports, briefings, and visual data products.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph.
• Master's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Background in intelligence analysis, national security, law enforcement, or related mission environments.
• Experience conducting research and analysis using multiple information systems.
• Familiarity with intelligence processes and analytical methodologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, operational mission support environments.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal law enforcement or the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Experience working in multi-agency environments.
• Familiarity with specialized analytical databases and intelligence research tools.
• Experience in operational or shift-based mission environments.
