TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Okta's identity infrastructure solutions with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and relationship management. Focus on landing net new logos, orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently exceeding ARR targets within the New York/New Jersey region.

Location: Must be based in New York or New Jersey. Requires in-person onboarding in San Francisco for the first two days.

Salary: $260,000 – $390,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate net new logo pipeline.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets to support 40% YOY growth.
  • Orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders and executive levels.
  • Champion the platform through presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Build effective partnerships with channel partners, sales engineering, and internal teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development to contract negotiation and closing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure software cloud deals.
  • Experience utilizing partners, channels, and alliances to overachieve quotas.
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales techniques such as MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies.
  • Must be based in New York or New Jersey and available for initial in-person onboarding in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience in market creation phases for new software solutions.
