What you will do

• Lead complex build-to-print subcontracting activities and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop acquisition strategies, manage bid packages, and oversee the evaluation and negotiation of supplier proposals.
• Analyze supply chain data and forecasts using SAP to support program objectives.
• Present metrics, charts, and performance data to executive leadership and external customers.
• Mentor and coach new and emerging talent within the supply chain organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and resolve complex operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontract management.
• Advanced experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting using SAP.
• Experience presenting complex data to executive leadership.
• Ability to work a 4x10 hour day schedule.
