What you will do

• Support the VP of Procurement and leadership team in planning and executing overall sourcing activities.
• Perform spend analysis and opportunity assessments to identify cost optimization and process improvements.
• Participate in contract reviews and source-to-contract activities to develop commercial acumen.
• Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and executive presentations to enable leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, capture follow-ups, and ensure accountability for key initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align procurement priorities with enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a business environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level deliverables.
• Demonstrated learning agility and a strong interest in procurement or supply chain.
• Must be based in or able to work from Eagle, ID
