What you will do
- Optimize a $226m logistics procurement “book of business” toward cost, quality, delivery, and service objectives.
- Develop and deploy North America logistics procurement strategy and requirements aligned with CSP&L and operating leaders.
- Shift sourcing from transactional bidding to execution of a long-term strategic plan.
- Lead supplier negotiation strategy, complex sourcing efforts, and supplier selection & contracting.
- Drive continuous improvement of distribution fulfillment network optimization and supply chain performance.
- Manage freight settlement document reporting and resolution support within SAP/VIM/S4/BN4L, partnering with Legal for contract enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in a business-related field is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Proven familiarity with logistics management.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and related systems, including S/4Hana, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur.
- Ability to negotiate, manage, and enforce complex agreements.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
