What you will do

• Support Procurement Consultants and Category Managers in executing sourcing and contracting initiatives.
• Perform analytical work including spend analytics, market complexity, data collection, and pricing models.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to inform supplier strategies and decision-making.
• Build and maintain reports to streamline bid analysis and track total cost of ownership.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain center of excellence (COE) to resolve recurring issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in contract drafting and administration for large, complex agreements.
• Proven experience with the Request for Proposal (RFP) and sourcing process.
• Ability to develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be local to Columbus, OH for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with construction contracting and project delivery methods.
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering terminology and industry standards.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology.
