Salary: €110,000–€130,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and grow multidisciplinary teams across Platform Engineering, IT, and Security.
• Define strategy and drive execution for cloud infrastructure and developer tooling.
• Ensure operational excellence, system reliability, and security across the company.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with company goals.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical leaders to raise the bar for performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong technical background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Information Security.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and improving operational processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and security best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
• Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or travel technology companies.
