What you will do

• Hire, lead, and coach a world-class international team of software engineers.
• Develop and maintain internal tooling for cloud governance, security detection, and IT management.
• Drive company-wide technical projects such as migrations and security patching.
• Own disaster recovery and incident response efforts when necessary.
• Promote engineering best practices and a build-it-run-it mindset using serverless technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in large-scale projects.
• 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Python, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Must be based in the EU or able to work within ±3 hours of Munich time zone.
